The
primary objective of servanthood is to edify, encourage and/or or equip the members of the body of
Christ. This is done as we disciple (teach) those who are new, or struggling,
to live a life of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Through his divinely inspired
letters (epistles), the Apostle Paul did more to teach and to encourage the
members of the early church, as well as the church in this present age, than
any of the other apostles. His ministry profoundly influenced the early church,
just as it influences today’s believers.
